Maybe you're overwhelmed, grieving, struggling in a relationship, living with the effects of trauma, or caught in patterns you don't know how to change. Therapy gives you space to talk honestly, understand what is happening, and find a way forward that fits your life.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Our clinicians bring different backgrounds, specialties, and ways of working, but they share a commitment to listening carefully, understanding the whole person, and deciding with you—not for you—what the work will look like.
Depending on what you need, your therapist may draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, play and expressive arts therapy, family systems, solution-focused therapy, the Gottman Method, or mindfulness. The approach should serve your goals—not become another box you have to fit into.
Trauma can shape how we think, feel, connect, and protect ourselves. Our clinicians work with care for what you have lived through, without blame, shame, or pressure to share more than you are ready to. Several clinicians have specialized training in trauma, substance use, recovery, and EMDR.
You should not have to edit who you are to be taken seriously. Our team offers affirming support for LGBTQ+ people, neurodivergent clients, first responders and veterans, court-involved families, and people in ENM or other relationship structures. Complementary Reiki and energy-work services are also available when they fit your beliefs and goals.
Some people come to therapy with a clear goal. Others only know that something feels wrong, heavy, or impossible to keep managing alone. Both are valid places to begin.
